| As with any effort, many people have been involved. Here are several that deserve special thanks: |

| Dave Manchester: The majority of the books included in Volumes 1-10 were scanned by Dave Manchester. A special debt of thanks goes to Dave. He spent untold hours of his time scanning books, and creating most of what we have here at the NAPWB. Unfortunately, Dave now travels a lot with his job, which doesn't give him much time to continue his work with Pow Wow books. We have picked up the torch, and his files, and carried on his legacy. Without his tireless efforts, what you see here could not have been possible. |
Doug Combs - Okaw Valley Council: In late 2003, the Okaw Valley Council (Belleville, IL) was moving to a larger building. Many years earlier, the council was gifted with a large collection of Pow Wow Books by a now-forgotten individual. Instead of trashing the collection, Doug placed it on eBay. I was able to win the auction, mainly due to a requirement to pick-up the books, instead of shipping them. I received nearly 200 different books, mostly from the '70s and '80s. |

| Dave Deutsch: In any project the size of the NAPWB, the amount of work is to much for one person to handle. Dave has been my right-hand man, helping out with contacting people, trading files and books, discussing legal issues, proofreading the website, offering comments and suggestions for improvements, sending links to other sites and eBay auctions, listening to my (sometimes crazy) ideas, and ….. well, I could go on and on, but you get the picture. Without Dave’s untiring efforts, what you see here at the NAPWB would not be nearly as impressive. |

| Testimonials: A number of Scouters have loaned their Pow Wow book collections to be scanned into the Archive. Here are some of their comments:
